Refund policy

Our goal here at Finnex is to make sure that you and your customers are completely satisfied with our products. We take pride in the quality of our products and offering great customer service is of our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to assist you in returning your products in question. If your customer needs attention pertaining to any Finnex product or Finnex Warranty, the customer must contact Finnex directly using the support tab on the left of the homepage.

 

Returns and Refunds

If you would like to cancel an item before it ships, please reach out to customer_service@finnex.net for your 100% full refund.  If your order was already received - ONLY items in new, unopened, and in resellable condition will be considered for a refund of the product within 14 days of the receiving date. Shipping fees to and from the seller are not refunded and are at the will of the buyer. A 10% restocking fee will apply.  It is recommended to include tracking and insurance with your return as we are not liable for lost or damaged units. Please contact us for our return procedure and to obtain the correct forms. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

 

Damaged Goods Policy

All damages are to be claimed within five days of delivery with Finnex. All evidence must be kept. Evidence may be requested to be sent back.  Email customer_service@finnex.net immediately.
